Shipping Information

All orders will ship from our licensed producer in California (Pastry Smart LLC) within 24 hours of your order being placed depending on item availability. Orders placed after 12:00pm (pst) Thursday will not ship out until Monday due to Fed Ex shipping policies. Saturday delivery may be possible depending on the time the order is processed, for an additional fee. Customers will have 3 shipping options. You will have the option of Fed Ex Standard overnight, Fed Ex 2nd day, and Fed Ex Ground (California Only). Please contact Customer Service for details on Saturday delivery.

Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies

We belive that quality service and product are the keys to customer satisfaction. We stand behind our products 100%. If you are not satisfied with our products return them and we will refund or replace the product. Once products are shipped you may not cancel an order. Special orders may not be canceled once in production. Please contact customer service if you have any questions.
