Are your chocolates 100% organic?
No our chocolates are not 100% organic. We use organic butter and cream from our friends at Clover-Stornetta Farms. With their commitment to quality they have been able to get us farm fresh organic dairy weekly. We order on Saturday and they deliver fresh dairy on Tuesdays. You can really see the difference in the quality.
What kind of chocolate do you use?
We use a variety of different Chocolates. Primarily we use a French Couverature from Cocoa Barry. We also use some Swiss chocolate and small amount of Vahlrona for certain items.
How often do you make your chocolates?
Currently our chocolates are made every other week. We do not use any chemical preservatives so our chocolates only have a shelf life of 4 weeks on most varieties.
Are your chocolates hand made?
We do have a machine that dips most of the chocolates but by today's standards we are an artisan chocolate shop. Most of the work is still done by hand in small batches.
Do you make a retail pack for stores?
Currently we are focused on producing a fresh quality confection. Due to the short shelve life we do not offer that type of product. We look forward to being able to offer that service in the future.
If I wanted a private label can you do that?
Yes, we have many options available for private labels. From logos and initials on the chocolates to printed on the box. We pride ourselves on being an innovative team. Try us and see what we can come up with!
